Most frequent questions and answers about our kids birthday parties venue
We’re open all week to answer questions and take bookings, but we hold our kids parties on Saturday afternoons/evenings and Sunday mornings/afternoons.
We are open throughout the year including school holidays, except the Christmas period!
The sooner you book, the BETTER!
That way you’re more likely to get your preferred date and time for your kids party.
Some people book 6 to even 12 months in advance!
But we’ve also helped parents with their last-minute rushed party booking, putting their minds at ease as we take care of EVERYTHING for the special day.
Please bring any cold food that you wish such as sandwiches, crisps and fruit.
Many parties have had pizzas delivered!
We ask that you please take all rubbish with you when you leave.
Please do not include nuts or grapes in any party food and check with other children attending your party regarding food allergies.
And please no alcohol for parents!
There are no kitchen facilities for the public onsite, so please bring party food that does not require heating up, cooking or refrigerating.
Our Martial Arts Parties & NERF Parties are 2 hours in total, including a half hour break midway for birthday
tea.

You’re very welcome to make yourself at home with our WiFi and large reception area.
Full payment is due to book the party.
You will be entitled to a full refund should you cancel more than one month before the party date, and there will be a 50% refund if your party booking is cancelled 2-4 weeks before.
You can reschedule the party free of charge for another date if less than 2 weeks prior.
In this instance you will not receive a refund.
Absolutely, please do bring table clothes, streamers, bunting, birthday balloons and other decorations, but
we ask for nothing to be attached to paint and artwork please and quick to clear away.
We open the doors at least 15 minutes before the party!
We are usually around from a previous birthday party or regular classes.
NO! The best part of having a kids birthday party at our Claygate venue is that we do ALL the clean up.
And we know kids can be messy! We make our birthday parties EASY- relax and enjoy, no clean up for you!
But of course your help in clearing up is much appreciated – many hands make like work. We all know how much mess Pom Bears make!
The Hare Lane Car Park (behind Champion Timber) is council-owned so you’ll need to buy a parking ticket using RingGo (15550).
There is a 30 minute grace period. You’ll need to get a ticket from the machine for this.
Please arrive up to 15 minutes before your party. Our team would love to personally meet the birthday child and make them feel special!

These prices are for up
to 24 participants.
Please let us know if you anticipate more than 24 participants; these will be charged at
£10 per head (over 24).

We are an EXCLUSIVE kids party place! Instead of having 10 other parties at the same time, plus all the hustle and bustle of other families and kids attending other parties – it will be JUST YOU and your family and friends. It’s a completely relaxing environment for your child’s special day.
PLUS- we do EVERYTHING for you.
We pack our birthday parties with NON-STOP activities to keep the kids entertained and supervised the ENTIRE time. Our soft play parties require parental supervision.
We also have one unforgettable feature- the birthday child gets to cut their cake with a REAL sword!
