GRAPPLING
Our Grappling Classes are a mix of Jiu-jitsu, wrestling and a few other grappling styles.
The Jiu-jitsu elements focus on using joint locks, throws, and submissions to control opponents, emphasising technique and leverage over brute strength. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a variation, emphasises ground fighting and submission holds.
Wrestling, a combat sport practiced worldwide, has origins dating back to ancient times. It involves takedowns, throws, and controlling techniques to pin opponents or score points.
Both disciplines require strength, agility, and strategy, but they differ in approach and rulesets.

Oscar is an experienced MMA fighter and martial arts coach.
He has vast experience in striking, wrestling, and submission grappling/jiujitsu.
His passion for diverse martial arts styles shines through in both coaching and competition. With a versatile coaching style and wealth of coaching experience, Oscar tailors sessions to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
