Nuven and BMA are Ambassadors for Mental Health.
Exercise is a quick way to stimulate good mental health. However, it has to be fun and enjoyable to make is sustainable.
‘Nuven’ are surveyors, mortgage brokers and Land Agents. They are the top of the field in each area prioritising your needs and attention to detail to make sure you get the best mortgage deal, detailed survey or best offer for your land!
Nuven’s team are strong followers of exercise one of which including martial arts. Martial arts promote confidence, good mental health, positivity. With this in mind Nuven want to sponsor an individual’s journey with BMA for a year.
BMA as a whole provide a family feel club where life long friends are made through the bond of training. Nuven and BMA want to share this with everyone in need of good mental health, community, friendship, healthy lifestyle.
This is designed for any age group. We have a vast age range, from 4 years old up to older and wiser aduts within the club. We have people with long term injuries, neurodiverse community. Everyone is welcome.

This will help us decide the winner, alongside instructor reviews of your taster session eg. enthusiasm and suitability. Your entry will be invalid if this box is not completed.
We will contact you to book your taster session.
Twice weekly training and quarterly testings must be commited to, from 1st June 2024 to 31st May 2025.
Competition runs from 1st to 31st May inclusive. No entries can be made outside of these dates.
The winner will be notified within 72 hours and if the winner hasn’t responded within 48 hours of us contacting you, they will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be chosen.
The winner must agree to be photographed/videoed for online and social media marketing of the journey.
The prize is non-transferrable.
